Council

The City of Goodhue Council acts as the legislative branch of our government, as well as its policy-making body. The Council looks to our community's goals, major projects and infrastructure improvements ranging from community growth to land use to finances and strategic planning. The Council's goal is to do the very best to represent their constituents after they've seen to the needs of the community as a whole.

The City Council meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00p in Council Chambers at City Hall. The 2nd Wednesdays are work meetings. Council times are subject to change during Lent and under special circumstances. Contact City Hall for meeting times or stop by to view the public meeting notice posted on the door 72 hours prior to a public meeting. The public is welcome to attend.

Request to be on the agenda deadline is 2:00 pm on Friday prior to the Wednesday council meeting. This would include all documents for the council to review.
